Helen Grace Chocolates guarantees the quality on all its products. Our chocolates are made with the finest and freshest ingredients. Great care is taken in the handling and preparation for product shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with this product, we will gladly replace it. Please call (800) 367-4240, and a customer service representative will assist you.
Shipping
We are not responsible for problems occurring during the shipment and delivery of the product to you. Please see Shipping Info for more information, and how to insure that the products are received by you in the best possible condition.
Your Order
Helen Grace Chocolates offers UPS Shipping year round. Orders are generally processed for shipment within 24 hours.
Warm Weather
Depending on the time of year, certain shipping options will only be available. Chocolates are extremely sensitive to temperature, and thus we take every precaution in the processing of orders during the warm weather months (April 15th through Sept. 30th). We use cold packs and Styrofoam to help add necessary protection during these times.
Security
Rest assured that your confidential information and transaction information will be secure when you place an on-line order with Helen Grace Chocolates. We utilize the very latest in encryption software which protects you throughout the ordering procedure.
Cancellations
Since every effort is made to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them, it is difficult to cancel an order. If an order status shows "SHIPPED" it cannot be cancelled. If an order status shows "IN PROCESS", then you can cancel it ONLY by calling a Customer service representative at (800) 367-4240.
Missing Products
If your order has a missing item not on backorder, call us ASAP at (800) 367-4240, or e-mail us at pramirez@helengrace.com so we can completely fulfill your order. We will try our best to reply back to you within 24 hours, and resolve the matter quickly.
