Helen Grace Chocolates offers UPS shipping year round. Orders are generally processed for shipment within 24 hours. Depending on the time of year, you may choose one of the following methods to receive your order via UPS:
• Next Day Air (Before 5:00pm)
• 2nd Day Air
• 3 Day Select
• UPS Ground (3-7 business days)
When placing your order, the available options and charges for shipping & handling reflect the actual UPS shipping charges (based on weight, # of cases, and distance). Any additional handling charges such as warm-weather charges will be specified upon checkout, and are also based on total weight, # of cases, and distance.
We cannot ship to PO, APO, AEB, or FPO Box addresses. Your order must include a phone number and a street address with Rural Route, Box, Highway or Star Route. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. No holiday deliveries. We do not ship orders outside the United States & Puerto Rico.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air and carry an additional handling charge for each recipient address (Indicated upon checkout). Due to year-round warm climate conditions, Florida shipments must be sent with protective packaging year round (additional handling charges also apply). Saturday deliveries add $20 to shipping charges.
Warm Weather Shipping (April 15th through Sept. 30th) During these months, orders are packed in special containers with Styrofoam and cold packs. To insure product integrity based on distance traveled, UPS ground service may not be available depending on your location. Because of temperature variations throughout the USA, we may elect not to ship an order over a weekend to guarantee its arrival in perfect condition. Therefore, orders received AFTER 12:00pm noon PST on Wednesdays will ship the following MONDAY. We cannot guarantee MONDAY deliveries on any orders unless either 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air shipping options are chosen.
Someone should be available to receive shipments of chocolate. If possible, have your products always sent to a business address. Chocolates must be stored in a cool (less than 72° F) dry place away from direct sunlight. We are not responsible for any damage to product that results from improper storage.
